From 2nd January 2009 until 27 March 2009, the lift for step free access between London Waterloo East and London Waterloo main stations will be out of use for refurbishment. Passengers who are unable to use the escalator or stairs should travel by taxi from London Charing Cross station. Please phone assisted travel on 0800 783 4524 to make arrangements.
