Description Because of overnight engineering work, the following services will be amended:

Monday - Thursday:
  • The 18:58 Swansea to Manchester Piccadilly service will end at Crewe. A replacement bus service will run between Crewe and Manchester Piccadilly

  • From 20:35, buses replace trains between Cardiff Central and Ebbw Vale Parkway in each direction

  • The 22:34 Manchester Piccadilly to Shrewsbury service will be diverted between Stockport and Crewe via Stoke-on-Trent. A replacement bus service will run between Stockport and Crewe via Wilmslow

  • The 22:41 Cardiff Central to Bridgend service will end at Barry. A replacement bus will run between Barry and Bridgend

  • The 22:42 Bridgend to Cardiff Central service will start at Barry. A replacement bus will run between Bridgend and Barry

  • The 23:20 Manchester Piccadilly to Chester service will be diverted and will call at Manchester Piccadilly and Chester only. A replacement bus service will run between Manchester Piccadilly and Chester calling, at stations normally served by this train

  • The 23:22 Chester to Manchester Piccadilly service will be diverted and will call at Chester and Manchester Piccadilly only. A replacement bus service will run between Chester and Manchester Piccadilly, calling at stations normally served by this train

Tuesday - Friday
  • The 04:00 Cardiff Central to Manchester Picaddilly has been re-timed to leave Cardiff Central earlier at 03:35

  • The 05:42 Bridgend to Aberdare service will not run. Customers should use alternative services
