No, you will not be able to download your vouchers during the scheduled maintenance. But you will have access to them before and after the maintenance is complete. Please make sure to download or email your vouchers before the maintenance period.
What should I do if I forgot to download my vouchers before the maintenance?
Please wait till the maintenance is complete to access your account and download your voucher/s or access the codes.
I am at the attraction and the site is not working. Can you email me my vouchers?
Unfortunately, we are unable to send personal information or details via email. The site will be available once maintenance is completed.
