Description

Engineering work is taking place between Cardiff Central and Bridgend via Pontyclun, closing all lines.

Saturday, the following service pattern will run:

• 2 trains per hour will operate between Cardiff Central and Barry Island.

• 2 trains per hour will operate between Cardiff Central and Penarth.

• 1 train per hour will operate between Cardiff Central and Bridgend, calling at Barry, Rhoose, Llantwit Major and Bridgend only. Every two hours this service will extend to Swansea.

Sunday:

• Some services along this route are retimed.
