Buses replace late night trains between Basingstoke and Eastleigh from Monday 5 to Wednesday 7 August

South Western Railway between London Waterloo and Salisbury / Southampton Central / Portsmouth Harbour / Poole, and between Woking and Weymouth

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Basingstoke and Eastleigh, closing all lines overnight from Monday evening until Thursday morning.

As a result:

The 21:00 Weymouth to Woking service will terminate at Eastleigh.

The 22:08 London Waterloo to Portsmouth via Eastleigh service will be amended to start from Eastleigh.

The 23:05 London Waterloo to Southampton service will terminate at Basingstoke.

The 23:40 London Waterloo to Salisbury service will additionally call at Winchester, Eastleigh and Southampton Parkway.

Replacement buses will run between Basingstoke and Eastleigh.
