Description

Engineering work is taking place between Marsden and Mirfield, closing all lines.

Northern:

All weekend, trains between Sheffield and Huddersfield will start / terminate at Lockwood. A replacement bus service will operate between Lockwood and Huddersfield.

On Saturday, trains between Bradford Interchange and Huddersfield will not run, you should use TransPennine Express services between Brighouse / Halifax and Huddersfield.

On Sunday, trains between Leeds and Huddersfield will terminate at Halifax, you should use TransPennine Express services between Brighouse / Halifax and Huddersfield.

Saturday and Sunday:

Trains will run between:

  • Manchester and Marsden.

  • York and Scarborough.

  • Leeds and Hull.

An amended and reduced train service will run between Manchester and Leeds, with trains running via Hebden Bridge with extended journey times.

Replacement buses will run between:

Saturday:

  • Huddersfield and Mirfield.

  • Huddersfield and Brighouse.

  • Huddersfield and Manchester Airport.

  • Huddersfield and Manchester Piccadilly.

  • Huddersfield and Marsden via Slaithwaite.

Sunday:

  • Huddersfield and Leeds (fast and stopping services).

  • Huddersfield and Brighouse.

  • Huddersfield and Manchester Airport.

  • Huddersfield and Manchester Piccadilly.

  • Huddersfield and Marsden via Slaithwaite.
