Between Leeds and Hull: and between Newcastle and Liverpool Lime Street: and between Saltburn and Manchester Victoria: and between Scarborough and York

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Leeds and Huddersfield, closing various lines from Monday night until Saturday morning.

An amended service will run on the following routes:

  • Between Newcastle and Liverpool Lime Street (diverted via Normanton, not calling at Dewsbury)

  • Between Saltburn and Manchester Victoria (diverted via Normanton, not calling at Dewsbury)

  • Between Leeds and Hull

  • Between Scarborough and York

The stopping train service between Huddersfield and Leeds will not run. A replacement bus service will run (see below).

Rail replacement buses will run as follows:

  • Leeds-Dewsbury-Huddersfield (hourly)

  • Dewsbury-Leeds (hourly)

  • Leeds to Huddersfield Stopper (hourly)

  • Huddersfield to Manchester Airport via Stockport (hourly)
