Description

Engineering work is taking place between London Paddington and Ealing Broadway, closing some lines.

Elizabeth line:

Before 07:40:

Services to Heathrow Terminals and Reading will start from / terminate at Ealing Broadway.

After 07:40:

Services to Heathrow Terminals and Reading will start from / terminate at London Paddington.

Reading services will call additionally at Iver.

Abbey Wood to Maidenhead services will terminate / start back from London Paddington.

A reduced frequency service will operate throughout the day at: Acton Main Line, Ealing Broadway, West Ealing, Hanwell, Southall, Hayes & Harlington, Heathrow Terminal 4, West Drayton, Langley, Slough, Burnham and Maidenhead.

Please note that some services may run from different platforms than usual at London Paddington.

Great Western Railway:

High Speed services:

Most trains will be retimed to run a few minutes earlier or later than usual. Some will have additional station stops at Twyford / Maidenhead / Slough.

Local services:

The 06:20 Reading to London Paddington service will start from Ealing Broadway.

The 06:38 London Paddington to Reading service will operate later than normal throughout.

London Underground and London Buses can be used to connect between central London and Ealing Broadway.

For most of the day, trains that usually run between London Paddington and Didcot Parkway will be amended to run between Reading and Didcot Parkway only.

Heathrow Express:

Service will start up later than normal.

A reduced frequency service of every 30 minutes will operate throughout the day with additional shuttle services between Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 and Heathrow Terminal 5 at certain times of the day.
