Various TransPennine Express routes

Description

Engineering work is taking place at various locations on the TransPennine Express network, closing various lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.

As a result:

Monday to Thursday

The following services will start / terminate at Manchester Piccadilly. A rail replacement bus service will run between Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Airport in both directions.

  • 20:12 Edinburgh to Manchester Airport

  • 20:24 Cleethropes to Manchester Airport

  • 22:41 Leeds to Manchester Piccadilly will also not call at Slaithwaite, Marsden, Greenfield, Mossley or Stalybridge

  • 23:19 Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Airport will be diverted to Manchester Victoria and will additionally call at Manchester Oxford Road

  • 23:31 Manchester Airport to Sheffield

Tuesday to Friday

  • 00:38 Manchester Airport to York will start from Manchester Victoria

  • 01:31 York to Manchester Airport will terminate at Manchester Victoria

  • 02:44 Manchester Piccadilly to York will start from Manchester Victoria

  • 04:07 Manchester Airport to Scarborough will start from Manchester Victoria

  • 03:20 Sheffield to Manchester Airport will start later at 03:50 (This service will run through to Manchester Airport)
