Amended early morning services between Newbury and Bedwyn on Sunday 29 September

Great Western Railway between Reading and Bedwyn, and also between London Paddington and Penzance

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Reading and Bedwyn, closing various lines.

As a result:

Local services:

The 08:06 Reading to Newbury service will not run. An earlier replacement bus will run from Reading at 07:55 to Newbury, calling at all stations except Newbury Racecourse.

The 08:34 Reading to Bedwyn service will start from Newbury (connecting from the bus mentioned above).

Long distance services:

The 07:51 London Paddington to Penzance service will start earlier than usual, and will be diverted between Reading and Westbury, not calling at Newbury or Pewsey.

The 08:51 London Paddington to Penzance service will start earlier, and will be amended to additionally call at Newbury or Pewsey.
