Engineering work is taking place between East Midlands Parkway / Melton Mowbray and Peterborough, closing some lines.

The following services are affected:

  • The 05:00 Nottingham to Norwich service will depart later than usual at 05:29. This service will not call at East Midlands Parkway, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Oakham, or Stamford and will instead travel via Bingham. A bus replacement will run between East Midlands Parkway and Peterborough, departing earlier at 03:56.

  • The 06:08 Nottingham to Norwich service will depart later than usual at 06:38. This service will not call at East Midlands Parkway, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Oakham, or Stamford and will instead travel via Bingham. A bus replacement will run between East Midlands Parkway and Peterborough, departing earlier at 04:45.

If travelling to East Midlands Parkway or Loughborough, you should take the 05:26 or 06:12 East Midlands Railway Intercity Service from Nottingham.

  • The 23:18 Nottingham to Leicester service will run on a delayed schedule, arriving at Leicester 7 minutes later than usual.

  • The 23:33 Leicester to Nottingham service will run on a delayed schedule, arriving at Nottingham 7 minutes later than usual.
