Great Western Railway routes via Plymouth

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Plymouth and Ivybridge, closing some lines.

Due to a reduction in the number of available platforms at Plymouth station the following will apply:

From London Paddington / Cardiff Central / Plymouth:

  • 10:03 London Paddington to Penzance will call additionally Saltash, St Germans, Menheniot, Lostwithiel and Hayle.

  • 13:03 London Paddington to Plymouth will depart Totnes and arrive Plymouth a few minutes later than normal.

  • 14:00 Cardiff Central to Penzance will arrive Plymouth a few minutes later than normal. Normal timings departing Plymouth and beyond.

  • 13:40 Plymouth to Penzance will not run. Customers to travel by alternative services.

  • 16:30 and 19:03 London Paddington to Plymouth will call additionally Ivybridge.

  • 16:36, 18:00 and 18:36 London Paddington to Plymouth will terminate Newton Abbot. Customers for beyond Newton Abbot to travel by alternative services.

To London Paddington:

  • 09:47 Penzance to Plymouth will not run. Customers to travel by earlier or later services.

  • 10:18 Penzance to London Paddington will depart earlier at 10:10. It will call additionally Hayle, Lostwithiel, St.Germans and Saltash.

  • 15:02 Plymouth to London Paddington will start from Newton Abbot. Customers from Plymouth to travel by earlier or later services.

  • 17:50 Penzance to London Paddington will depart Plymouth a few minutes later than normal. Normal timings between Exeter St Davids and Reading.
