Description

Engineering work is taking place between Shrewsbury and Chester, closing some lines.

Monday - Thursday

The 21:09 Birmingham International to Manchester Piccadilly service will be diverted to run non-stop via an alternative route between Shrewsbury and Chester. A connecting bus departs Shrewsbury at 22:32 calling at all stations to Chester via Wrexham General.

Please note, the bus will arrive at Chester after the services towards Manchester have departed. Customers for stations between Chester and Manchester are advised to travel on an earlier service.

The 22:32 Chester to Shrewsbury service will be replaced by bus throughout.

The 23:40 Shrewsbury to Chester service will be replaced by bus throughout.
