Description

Engineering work is taking place between Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury, closing all lines.

Avanti West Coast:

Saturday:

  • The 05:27 Wolverhampton to London Euston service will start from Birmingham New Street.

  • The 06:18 Preston to London Euston service will call additionally at Rugby, Milton Keynes Central and Watford Junction (for customers to disembark only)

  • The 07:04 Shrewsbury to London Euston service will not run.

  • The 18:10 London Euston to Wolverhampton service will depart at 18:16.

  • The 18:16 London Euston to Shrewsbury service will not run.

Sunday:

  • The 10:17 Preston to Birmingham New Street service will not run.

  • The 11:12 Shrewsbury to London Euston service will not run.

  • The 18:15 London Euston to Shrewsbury service will terminate at Wolverhampton.

Rail replacement buses will run between Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury, calling at Telford Central and Wellington.

Transport for Wales:

Buses replace trains between Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury.

West Midlands Railway:

Train services between Birmingham New Street and Shrewsbury will not run. Rail replacement buses will operate between Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury. You are advised to travel on other services between Birmingham New Street and Wolverhampton.
