Description
Engineering work is taking place between Stafford and Stoke-on-Trent / Crewe, closing some lines.
Avanti West Coast
A revised timetable will operate all day:
Two trains per hour between Manchester Piccadilly and London Euston (via Stoke-on-Trent).
One train per hour between Liverpool Lime Street and London Euston (via Stoke-on-Trent).
One train per hour between Glasgow Central and London Euston (via Stoke-on-Trent).
One train every other hour between Wolverhampton and London Euston.
One train every other hour between Birmingham New Street and London Euston.
One train every other hour between Preston and Edinburgh.
CrossCountry
Train services between Stafford and Stoke-on-Trent will not run. A bus replacement service will run between Stafford and Stoke-on-Trent.
London Northwestern Railway
Train services between Birmingham New Street and Liverpool Lime Street will run between Birmingham New Street and Stafford, and between Crewe and Liverpool Lime Street only.
Train services between London Euston / Northampton and Crewe will run between London Euston / Northampton and Stafford only.
Train services between Stafford and Crewe (via Stoke-on-Trent) will not run. A bus replacement service will run between Stafford and Crewe, and between Stafford and Crewe (via Stoke-on-Trent).
