Buses replace late night trains in the Westbury area from Monday 1 to Thursday 4 January

Great Western Railway between Bristol Temple Meads and Frome / Portsmouth Harbour

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Bristol Temple Meads and Freshford, closing various lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.

As a result:

• The 21:23 Portsmouth Harbour to Bristol Temple Meads service will terminate at Westbury. A replacement bus will run from Westbury to Bristol Temple Meads.

• The 23:45 Bristol Temple Meads will not run. A replacement bus will run from Bristol Temple Meads to Westbury via Keynsham, Oldfield Park, Bath Spa, Bradford-on-Avon and Trowbridge. A minibus will also run from Bristol Temple Meads to Frome, calling at all stations.​​​​​​
