Description

Heavy rain flooding the railway between Banbury and Bicester North means that all lines are currently closed.

Train services running between these stations may be cancelled, delayed by up to 60 minutes, diverted or revised.

Disruption is expected until the end of the day.

Customer advice:

Services will be diverted via Oxford where possible.

You may use your ticket on the following services at no extra cost:

  • Avanti West Coast between Birmingham New Street and London Euston

  • CrossCountry between Banbury and Reading

  • Great Western Railway between Banbury, Oxford, Reading and London Paddington

  • London Northwestern Railway between Birmingham New Street and London Euston

  • West Midlands Railway between Coventry and Leamington Spa
