Description

Some lines have reopened following earlier damage to the overhead electric wires in the Tile Hill area. Trains between Birmingham International and Coventry may be cancelled, delayed by up to 120 minutes or diverted.

Major disruption is expected until 18:00.

  • Chiltern Railways between Birmingham Moor Street and London Marylebone

  • CrossCountry between Birmingham New Street and Edinburgh / Reading

  • Great Western Railway between Reading and London Paddington

  • TransPennine Express between Edinburgh / Glasgow Central and Preston

  • Transport for Wales via any reasonable route

  • West Midlands Railway via any reasonable route

Birmingham International and Coventry stations will not be served. Trains will be diverted via Solihull.
