Description

Lines have reopened following a fault with the signalling system between Crossmyloof and Kennishead. Trains between Glasgow Central and East Kilbride / Kilmarnock may still be cancelled, revised or delayed by up to 20 minutes.

This is expected until 18:00.

You can use your ticket on the following at no extra cost:

  • Alternative ScotRail services via any reasonable route

  • McGills Buses route 3 between Glasgow and Barrhead

  • Stagecoach Buses on routes between Glasgow and Kilmarnock
