Description

Theft of signalling cables in the Doncaster area is disrupting services between York / Selby and Doncaster.

Services will have to run at a reduced speed and as a result may be delayed by up to 30 minutes.

Disruption is expected until 13:00.

You may use your ticket onboard the following services at no extra cost:

  • CrossCountry between York and Leeds

  • Northern between York and Leeds

  • TransPennine Express between York and Leeds

Hull Trains

You may use your ticket onboard the following services at no extra cost:

  • LNER services between Doncaster and London Kings Cross in this direction only

  • TransPennine Express between Hull and Selby in this direction only

  • Northern between Hull and Selby in this direction only

Hull Trains services running from Hull towards London Kings Cross may be diverted and will not call at Howden and Selby.

Customers at Selby and Howden will be provided with rail replacement road transport to Doncaster. From Doncaster customers can travel on the next available LNER or Hull Trains departure towards London Kings Cross.

Customers travelling to Selby can board the next available TransPennine Express or Northern departure between Hull and Selby.

Customers travelling to Howden can board the next available Northern departure between Hull and Howden.
