West Midlands Railway between Hereford and Birmingham New Street

Description

A fault with the signalling system between Hereford and Worcester Foregate Street means all lines are disrupted. As a result, trains may be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised. This is expected until the end of the day.

Great Western Railway Customer Advice:

Trains will terminate / start at Great Malvern.

Customers at Hereford travelling to Reading and London Paddington are advised to travel to Newport on Transport for Wales and change at Newport for London Paddington.

Customers between Hereford and Great Malvern travelling to London Paddington / intermediates are advised to travel on West Midlands Railway when running and change at Worcester Foregate Street or Worcester Shrub Hill.

You can use your ticket on West Midlands Railway and Transport For Wales via any reasonable route until further notice.

Rail replacement vehicles are running from Hereford, calling at Ledbury, Colwall and Great Malvern. Please speak to station staff for further assistance.

Rail Replacement (supplied by Stagecoach) are accepting passengers between Ledbury and Hereford in both directions until further notice.
