Heathrow Express between London Paddington and Heathrow Terminal 5

Description

A fault with the signalling system has reoccurred at Heathrow Terminal 5, blocking some lines. Trains running between Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 and Heathrow Terminal 5 may be cancelled, revised or delayed by up to 20 minutes.

Disruption expected until the end of service.

Customer advice:

Elizabeth line

Customers for Heathrow are advised to board a Terminal 4 service and change at Terminals 2 & 3 for a service to Terminal 5.

Customers from Shenfield are advised to change at Whitechapel for a service to Terminal 5.

You may use your ticket on London Underground via any reasonable route.

Please allow for short notice alterations and platform changes and listen to Elizabeth line station announcements or ask a member of staff for further information.

Heathrow Express

A reduced half-hourly Heathrow Express service will operate.
