Description

Short notice cancellations are expected in the north west on Sunday 18 August. Please check before you travel.

Services on some routes in and around the north west may be subject to disruption.

Northern encourage you to plan ahead and check your journey before travelling, particularly last trains of the day which may be earlier than normal and may be cancelled at short notice.

Do not travel on certain routes on Sunday 18 August.

There will be no Northern services running on the following routes (no replacement buses will be provided):

• Wigan North Western - Stalybridge
