Customer Advice:

  • Hereford Line between Hereford / Worcester and Birmingham New Street

What are my options?

West Midlands Railway teams will continue to work to provide cover for trains where possible with the crew that are expected to be available on the day. Online and app based journey planners will be updated overnight for the following day to confirm which services are affected or cancelled.

It is advised for customers to check your own journey (including potential connections via other operators) on the morning of travel to see which services are going to be affected. Use the National Rail Enquiries real-time journey planner for the most up to date information about your journey.

West Midlands Railway will have rail replacement road transport buses on standby at key locations on the route to help keep passengers on the move. However, please note that the capacity onboard will be limited compared to trains and journey times extended.
