Some lines have reopened between London and Stevenage following the earlier incident where a person was hit by a train. Trains may continue to be cancelled or severely delayed by up to 60 minutes or revised.
Major disruption is expected until the end of the day.

No trains can run between Alexandra Palace and Stevenage via Welwyn Garden City, until further notice.
Please allow an extra 60 minutes to complete your journey as you will have to take an alternative route, and possible a different transport operator.

Services that usually run between Brighton and Cambridge will be delayed
Services that usually run between Horsham and Peterborough will be delayed
Services that usually run between Sevenoaks and Welwyn Garden City will run between Sevenoaks and London Blackfriars only
Services that normally run between Moorgate and Welwyn Garden City are suspended
Services that usually run between London Kings Cross and Cambridge / Kings Lynn will be altered

Greater Anglia services between London Liverpool Street and Hertford East, which is roughly a 20-minute walk from Hertford North, and also between London Liverpool Street and Cambridge
Elizabeth line services between Farringdon and London Liverpool Street, change at London Liverpool Street for Enfield Town on the London Overground route
London Overground services between London Liverpool Street and Enfield Town, which is roughly a 10-minute walk from Enfield Chase
London Underground via any reasonable route
London Buses between Central London between Potters Bar / Gordon Hill
601 – Between Radlett and Welwyn Garden City (for St Albans and Hatfield)
602 – Between Radlett, St Albans and Hatfield
653 – Between St Albans, Hatfield, and Welwyn Garden City
610 – Between Potters Bar, Brookmans Park, Welham Greeen, Hatfield, Harpenden and Luton
The following buses that are an option that will require an additional charge:
366 between Hatfield, Harpenden, Welwyn Garden City, Luton Airport Parkway and Luton
