Description
Lines have reopened between Warrington Bank Quay and Earlestown following the earlier incident where a person was hit by a train. The emergency services have safely completed their work but Transport for Wales trains may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 70 minutes or revised.
Disruption is expected until approximately 21:00.
