• Fixed Date Single Advance tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This includes even during COVID-19 lockdown or quarantine scenarios

• Fixed Date Single Advance tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, discount or any other train company special offers

• Fixed Date Single Advance can be used in conjunction with Railcards

• Fixed Date Single Advance tickets are available only in Express Class

• Fixed Date Single Advance tickets are released in limited quantities and are subject to availability, book as early as possible to avoid disappointment

• Fixed Date Single Advance tickets are released 52 weeks in advance

• There may be rare occasions where cheaper Fixed Date Single Advance tickets becomes available closer to the time of travel. Please note that in these circumstances Fixed Date Single Advance tickets that have already been bought cannot be refunded in part or in full.

• Children aged 15 or under travel free with an accompanying adult (aged 18 or over) travelling with a valid ticket, including Fixed Date Tickets. When booking adult tickets online, the number of children's tickets much be selected.
