Pre-booking Requirement

There is no need to pre-book these tickets but they must be purchased before arriving at the appropriate railhead. e.g. Windsor Castle admission tickets must be purchased before arriving at Windsor & Eton Central or Windsor & Eton Riverside station. They must not be sold by the railhead station.

Reservations are not available and the admission ticket does not guarantee entry at a particular time. Where an attraction offers a pre-booked arrival time that you want to use, tickets must be purchased through the attraction.

General Conditions

Admission tickets are only valid on the date printed on the ticket and do not guarantee entry to an attraction at a particular time.

Some attractions may allow you to Gift Aid the cost of admission tickets. If you wish to do this, you should check buy your ticket through the attraction.

Admission tickets are sold subject to that attraction's terms and conditions.

Refunds

Your admission ticket is refundable. If you decide not to use your ticket then you can get a refund by returning your unused ticket to the ticket office or place of purchase (for tickets bought via websites, telesales or travel agents) within 28 days of the ticket expiry date.

You may be required to pay an administration fee and in some circumstances no refund will be paid. Check with original retailer for details.

Changes To Travel Plans

If you wish to change your ticket's date, you will need to contact the ticket's retailer. You may have to refund your ticket (see below) and buy a ticket for the new date.
