Due to late evening engineering work at London Kings Cross, the 17:56 Edinburgh to London Kings Cross and the 18:27 London Kings Cross to Edinburgh services will both be cancelled throughout.

Sunday 25 August

Due to engineering work at London Kings Cross, an amended and heavily reduced train service will run between Edinburgh and Newcastle / Peterborough only, with replacement buses running direct between Peterborough and London Kings Cross.

Monday 26 August - August Bank Holiday

Due to early morning engineering work at London Kings Cross, the following changes will be made:

• 05:48 London Kings Cross to Edinburgh service will start from Newcastle

• 06:23 Edinburgh to London Kings Cross service will terminate at Newcastle.
