Description
Strike action to affect Greater Anglia and Stansted Express services has been announced by the ASLEF union.
Greater Anglia
Tuesday 7 May (Strike day):
A reduced train service will run on the following routes:
Norwich / Colchester and London Liverpool Street
Southend Victoria and London Liverpool Street
Stansted Airport and London Liverpool Street
Cambridge and London Liverpool Street
No other Greater Anglia services will run on any route.
Wednesday 8 May:
On the day after the strikes, the first trains of the day on most routes will start around 07.00. Most train services will be running.
Saturday 11 May:
Services between Harwich International and London Liverpool Street services will not run between Harwich International and Colchester.
Stansted Express
Tuesday 7 May (Strike day):
An hourly service is expected to run. Early and late trains may be impacted too.
Wednesday 8 May:
Stansted Express will be operating a reduced service of 2 or 3 trains per hour.
The first trains of the day will start at approximately 07.00.
Saturday 11 May:
Stansted Express will be operating a reduced half-hourly service.
